Zaitsev Andrey Vladimirovich - First Deputy of the Head of Stavropol city administration

Responsible for:

city administration activities organization;
activities organization of the heads of city district administration and city districts administration office;
city administration structure and staff;
selection, distribution, training and licensing of the personnel;
interaction with deputies of all levels representative bodies on their tasks and functions implementation;
preparation and holding elections and referendums;
interaction with international, all-Russian and regional associations in which Stavropol joined;
control over execution of Russian Federation Legislation, Regulatory acts of the Head of the city and Stavropol city Duma, orders of the Head of the city and vice-mayor of the city of Stavropol;
public territiorial self-government organization, coordination of activities of residential areas councils, street and houses committees;
work with rezidents at their places of living;
control over execution of powers delegated to territorial self-government bodies.

Exercises direct control and coordinates activity of:

city administration affairs department;
Legal department of Stavropol city administration;
Legal Supply Department of Stavropol city administration activity;
Information technology department of Stavropol city administration;
Personell policy department of Stavropol city administration;
Department of International and Interregional relations of Stavropol city administration.

Coordinates work of Information policy committee on the issues related to its activity.

Holds a reception of citizens, examines their references on the issues within the scope of his competence as well as complaints on the activities (inactivity)of the heads of Stavropol city administration departments and city district administrations.

Provides coordination(within the scope of his competence) of local government executive bodies with Stavropol city Duma as well as with:

Stavropolsky krai State Duma;
Stavropolsky krai Government and its office;
Stavropolsky krai Civil acts recording department;
Stavropolsky krai Archives affairs committee;
Stavropolsky krai Press and Information committee;
other regional and federal bodies.

Exercises powers in accordance with federal legislation, Stavropolsky krai legislative and regulatory acts, Stavropol city Charter, orders of the head of Stavropol city and vice-mayor of the city of Stavropol.
