This enterprise was created in 1990. During these years it was realized more than 2000 large, grandiose holidays which were visited by 160000 spectators. The Center has 25 club establishments where participate 550 people (from 6 till 80 years old). The total number of the staff is 42 workers.
The mission of the Center is to give to Stavropol inhabitants a practical opportunity of creative self-expression, communication and organization of social active leisure.

Tasks of the Center:

1. Leisure tasks: organization of the city population leisure by club means.
2. Scientific and methodical tasks: legal providing of club, organizational and entertainment activity of cultural, educational and public establishments, research in the sphere of social marketing and technological development in the sphere of national art culture and leisure, the publishing.
3. Organizational and entertainment tasks: organization of mass events; organization of cultural and educational work with the population.

Our plans:

• Preservation and development of national art creativity traditions, making conditions for new clubs development;
• Creation of a system of generalization and leisure technologies transfer, legal, scientific and other information to establishments of the budgetary sphere and noncommercial organizations;
• Development and realization of a complex of own entertainment and other original projects with the purpose of creation uniform social and leisure city spaces;
• Creation of publishing methodical service, as an information base of the cultural sphere at the regional level;
• Creation of a system of work with the population;
